The Center is ARTBA’s strategic partner, presenting P3s Beyond the Financing – The Value of Life Cycle Efficiency and From the Ivory Tower to the Pavement, Recent Developments in Transportation P3 Research during ARTBA’s 28th Annual P3 conference. Panelists included P3 industry leaders such as Peter Denton, Government and GLobal Trade associate, Mayer Brown; Jennifer Aument, Transurban; Garrett Moore, VDOT’s Chief Engineer; Pauline Thorndike, Alternative Dinancing Program Manager, US Army Corps of Engineers; and Francois Wasselin, Senior VP of Project Development, ACS.
